Excellent hotel with...

Excellent hotel with nice rooms & amenities. The rooms r maintained very neat & clean. The cuborads, tea maker & all u need r there. Wash area & toilets r also good. The location is also quite a nice ambience area. The only improvement I would suggest is a bit more polite handling at the reception.

I expected more for...

I expected more for a 4 star location. The room was nasic enough and the bed was OK. The bathroom let it down. Tap and sink leaking even after the fix. The shower fittings were held together with tap and fairly rusted. The tap for the shower had come away from the wall and was dirty and rusted behind. Wasn't a good look. All staff were friendly and helpfull at any point trough out the day.

Me and family (husband and son) went to this hotel last August 29-30. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially the man named Ifwaz or Ifnaz from the reception. He has been incredibly helpful with all of my requests and inquiries. The housekeeping service was also kind enough to provide you with extras of what you need from the room. We received assistance from the maintenance staff as well, as I had attempted to look for a housekeeper from the hallway at the time, but they had instead become aware of the problem with our TV remote control. The maintenance worker who is currently working on the AC and painting a wall in one of the rooms on our level didn't hesitate to assist us and checked the TV and remote right away. Somehow, he instantly replaced the battery and performed a test to see if it worked with our TV after seeing that the battery was already dead. The service at the restaurant was really pleasant and cheerful, and the meal was excellent! There aren't many options, but they are of excellent quality and taste! The breakfast buffet was worth it to fulfill your tummy ☺️ I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Every time you wish to go for a walk, even the staff at the front door are quite helpful in helping you find a parking space or a taxi. And most of all, the view and location is so perfect! The facilities were great specially the rooftop pool they have with a wonderful scenery.

I booked a room ( sea view). The room is OK, but ended up like we got a room at 8th floor. No views like what I expected :( just the road. ( There are different prices if u select sea view room) if u booked online. Their rooftop pool was good, beautiful sea view but need to check the edge glass because its something dusty and unclean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional service...

Exceptional service as always by Ramada. Very nice hotel in the Abu Dhabi City. Far from airport 35 kms. Rooms are nice, big, bed is cozy, bathrooms are big. Front desk staff is humble and kind. They do give complementary upgrade if available. 😊 We got a deluxe suite with all the apartment facilities (Pantry, Washing machine) Hospitality is good .

We are very disappoi...

We are very disappointed here as the hotel do not meet any of our expectations. We were waiting for long time for anything. Lifts were totally packed most of the times. So we had to wait for 2 to 3 times lift goes and come to get our chance. There was no drinking water once we entered the room. There was a shop inside the room having nuts and candy's which we thought are complimentary but was charged heavily more than their cost. The dinning hall, there was no enough supply of glasses, milk, cornflakes etc. There was no bathroom slippers and tooth brushes and paste inside the hotel which we always get in all hotels. To bring the car back, took a long time. So we do not really recommend this hotel.

Disappointing doesn’...

Disappointing doesn’t sum it up. For the cost of AU$500 a night I would have expected better. While I respect there was an expo on, hence the full bookings, I was paying this, not my company. Only rooms available were smoking despite me booking non-smoking. The response was ‘this is the Gulf everyone smokes, nearly all our rooms are smoking’. I have never heard such a poor statement. I was shown one room where I couldn’t walk through the door due to overpowering smell. The second room hardly better, but I felt this wasn’t going to improve. Window doesn’t open, my eyes sting, everything now reeks of cigarette and no alternative was provided. Water dribbles from shower and is cold. Add to this, I was called 3 times to find out when I’d be checking out. Time is clear as 12 noon. Uncertain why I was called twice the day before and then after 11am. If you want to feel unwelcome, this is the place. The only redeeming qualities was the understanding manager and helpful staff at the main door. Pool was ok, but rundown around it. I’m genuinely upset by this whole situation. I have come here to visit a friend whose husband has passed I shared I would possibly extending my stay. Nope…this has been absolutely awful and I booked elsewhere.
