I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received during my recent visit on Feb 27, 2023. I visited the branch in order to close my account that was opened without my authorization and unfortunately, I did not receive the assistance that I needed. Despite my attempts to seek help, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide me with the information that I required. The lack of attention and assistance has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. As a customer of your bank, I expected to receive a higher level of service and attention. I believe that all customers, regardless of the purpose of their visit, should be treated with respect and provided with the necessary assistance. I kindly request that you take appropriate action to ensure that your staff are trained to provide a high level of customer service and are able to assist customers effectively. I would appreciate it if you could also provide me with an explanation as to why my visit was not handled in a satisfactory manner. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and hope that this matter will be resolved promptly.

This is the worst bank service I have dealt with not recommended at all i have a very bad experience with their services all they care about is to charge high interest on every action Very bad customer service!! Not recommended at all + no ATM machine in abudhabi most of the location you look for on google are not there anymore obviously because of there bad service
