I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I was welcomed politely, waited a short time, and was given clear and accurate information regarding my query. As a non-Arabic speaker I appreciated the excellent level of English of the staff.

Last time i visited...

Last time i visited the branch i rate it with 1 star and was so disappointed with the service, but today i got a chance to experience a very good service provided; a lady at the reception desk ( local ) was so helpful and approachable, she immediately approached me and everyone entering the agency offering her assistance, she is so polite and helpful. An impressive customer service provided by her, she made sure to explain all procedures and was so attentive. 5 stars ⭐️ for the lady, she is a star Her service was so appreciated!!!

Worst customer deali...

Worst customer dealing ever experienced! I visited to their branch to update my employer details on 14-Mar-2022 served by Mohamed Adil. After taking all my relevant documents he assured me this update would be done within 3-4 working days but as of today (25-Mar-2022) it has not been done. No follow ups or updates had been initiated by them neither by his manager nor by him. Chasing them through customer center by lodging a complaint but still no luck :(

Very bad customer service employee are setting working in their computer and the customer waiting as shown 0 customer met waiting and I’m priority too been setting here for 20 min and no one called me

Bank was closed when i reached there while their timing shows open till 8 pm Sorry to say we still have managers they don’t know how to run business
