Can i open hbl current account in this branch as I have been here in UAE for a long time and couldn't go to Pakistan? Can someone please give me the information?

Great banking experi...

Great banking experience in Abu Dhabi. Mr Abrar in customer services is always makes things easy to process. Easy and quick remittances to pakistan are processed free of cost*. Just witnessed violation of system when a guy approached operation manager breaking cue leaving others waiting outside the branch.

Its a very bad band....

Its a very bad band. I have rda account with them and i send money from them. I did not send the money as its not received by cdc and hbl told it technical issue from there IT team. Its been more than 4 days they cannot able to solve the issue and monry is missing. Dont know where to complain for them. Any way please dont open account in there bank as they dont care there customers and doing nothing.

Rate is best but timing is till 2 pm only. Closed on Fridays Only one person at customer service. Sometimes you have to wait bit longer. They ask for emirates ID each time you visit. I don't know why? Do they fear that an anonymous person will come and deposit money in somebody else's account? Ridiculous. They ask for bank statement and ATM receipts if remittance is more than 14000 AEDs. I don't like it. Stopped coming here. There are better exchanges nearby where process is much smoother, they are open on fridays and work till 10-11 PM.
