The credit card machine is not working since Friday night. Have called helpline Tollfree on Sat around 10.55am complaining on this matter and the person said they will call you on Monday. Again today 11.44pm have called Tollfree and it was said, they will call. There was a miss call on mobile around 1.58pm and suddenly I called back on the same number. But no one is answering. Again I called Tollfree and complain. The person gave me someone mobile number and I called that number he said tomorrow will reschedule between 12 to 1pm. When I informed him really having difficulties without card machine losing customers hardly he was bothered I said to him bad service. His asking me to call helpline number and inform them. What I should inform helpline when he couldn’t understand how urgent is this issue. You must really have efficient people to understand and solve the issues immediately not dragging things for couple of day’s. Thank you

Fraud and cheater nu...
Fraud and cheater number 1 in the world, I opened account in mashreq neo and put 3000 AED . They freeze my account without any reason. I sent lots of emails and i called so many times but they didn’t unfreeze.don’t open your account in mashreq .

One of the worst bank you could deal with in Abu Dhabi.
There is no enough branches and even when you visit the bank they send you to call where there is no answer at all

I’ve waited for 2 ho...
I’ve waited for 2 hours just to claim some letter, and it takes 30 minutes before the cashier to attend me knowing there are only few clients 😒 please provide also seats for us waiting. I suggest you could just send the letter through email. Ive waisted a lot of time

It’s the worst bank...
It’s the worst bank in UAE. Customer service should call themselves Bank Service. They even rejected to register my complaint.

Very very poor customer service. Not at all systematic and not following tocken system. They are not addressing customers based on token. Simply keep customers on waiting.

Very bad service not branch Mashreq all over service my mistakly late payment bank take late payment fee I accept the fee but i call customer care they tell it’s coming same next month also same late payment fee

Do take a credit car...
Do take a credit card from them, you will pay fees 3 times the other banks.
Can you imagine a cash back card does not work in hypermarkets,shopping malls, or stores ....yes you find it at mashreq.....

Worst Bank they have...
Worst Bank they have cash deposit slips to deposit cash but you have to bring the exact change and deposit the cash in the machine weird receptionist told me to bring the change from Al Ansari lol

unprofessional customer service , they are trying to make more sales only they are not take care of the clients , to close an account i tried to call a hundred time and every one will tell you use another extension , and when you call the other extension will tell you its not the right extension, imagine one of there manager will tell you i will call within 2 hours and he will not call ever ????? they are playing with customers like a ball , I tried to close my account and it was the worst experienced ever with this bank , i waste my and company time too much time to try talk the right person and i have now more than 2 weeks still they didn't close my account , they want you to keep your account by force with them otherwise you will pay 100 aed if you close it before 6 months, and like this will there method to work, its a machine to collect the money only , if I can even one star i will not give. this bank is the worst ever .
