You should come only...

You should come only if u have 2 to 3 hours of time to simply sit idle in this premises , i am writing after visiting 4 5 times for various reasons. inspite of many time management reviews there is no action on it, also you will see some positive reviews but suggesting to check for alternative

So unpleasant. Went...

So unpleasant. Went to take 2nd dose of vaccine at my appointment time as per the multiple messages that I received from them only to be refused and told to go all the way to Mena where I had no appointment. Really rude but actually glad that I was told to leave! Went to healthpoint and what a pleasant experience that was!

I came to the the clinic for follow up for my son, on school procedure after he is not well and get leave sick certificate.total 3 hours there and it was after I ask them I was urgent for my other child sick toddler at home. bad patient's registration/meet doctor's calling procedure.

This week we took ou...

This week we took our 2 Months old baby boy for his vaccinations. It was a very professional service and completely free of charge. The entrance for baby vaccinations is around the back, and is safely away from general patients or PCR testing etc. The paediatric doctor on duty was very knowledgeable and kind. Also the nurses took good care of our baby and made the experience nice.

The physician is very rude, uncooperative, and not welcoming at all. She barely answered any questions and was not helpful at all. She acted like we were bothering her.

Most of the time receptionist not available… More crowd… One receptionist working other one you can’t find her. Out of 4 counter only one counter working at the time… Really Management have to take immediate action.

Usually there's a good service but today I was there and it was a very bad experience starting from the reception ending to seeing the eye doctor.. terrible experience. I wasted 2hrs here just trying to see a doctor.

Wonderful staff, pro...

Wonderful staff, professional and quick. It's about the efficiency and quality, which i give 100 percent, friendly as well. With regards to people commenting on staff being friendly, please nag your friends and family to give you a little more attention. My experience was a good one and will definitely go in for further check ups if needed. This visit was just for a health exam for my driver's license conversion.

So I just did my first COVID vaccine dose. I have to say they have an extremely professional and polite staff! Excellent service! I was not expecting them to be so nice and kind (other medical centers I've been to in the past were almost like robots, not really caring about you). The only thing that could be improved is increasing the number of staff - as I needed to wait a little bit more than expected.
