The staff at the maternity clinic were incredibly helpful and made my experience stress-free. From scheduling appointments to answering any questions, they provided exceptional care. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. I felt confident in the expertise of the medical team who ensured a safe delivery for me and my baby. Overall, it was an excellent experience at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.

SKMC is like home for us. The care that my relative has received was immense. We owe a lot towards the hospital for the support and care that it has shown. The nephrology department, Clinic 9 staff and doctors for the help that they have done cannot be put in words. The kidney transplant unit, doctors, staff, nurses still feels unreal when i put into words. May Allah bless them all for the service that they are doing. God bless you all 🤲🤲

SKMC is really a good medical center in AD. Me and my family have done successful surgeries, attended many appointments and consultations and even were brought up to the ER. We trust the medical services SKMC are providing. The staff we have dealt with were very cooperative and professional. However, their building is getting old and I think they need to remodel or renovate. I don’t like that their toilets are so very small. And patients when getting out of the operations they have to pass by everyone “no privacy” there is no special channel for them!

I went to the emergency in Khalifa hospital and it was the worst experience ever from the reception till inside the emergency. The reception guy was extremely rude and inside the yard they refused to check my mother unless she put deposit of 5000 AED. Commercial to the extreme. I’m very disappointed.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a distressing incident that occurred at SKMC today. My elderly mother, Ms. Esperanza Anonuevo, who is 63 years old, was scheduled for an operation that did not go as planned due to a lack of coordination and unacceptable handling of the situation. We were informed a day before the scheduled procedure and Ms. Anonuevo diligently followed the fasting instructions. Despite enduring a challenging three-hour bus journey from Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, she arrived on time for the operation. However, the operation was repeatedly rescheduled due to insurance approval and surgeon availability issues. Moreover, on the morning of the procedure, she was prepared for the operation, only to be informed about discrepancies in billing calculations and payment dues, leading to yet another rescheduling. This lack of timely communication and coordination left her deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. As a family, we were willing to pay the outstanding amount to proceed with the operation, considering the intense pain and discomfort Ms. Anonuevo, suffering from a 3rd-degree burn, was experiencing. I hope that SKMC will take this incident as an opportunity to improve its internal communication and coordination processes. Timely planning and coordination are vital for delivering quality patient care, which aligns with SKMC's vision and mission. I sincerely urge you to investigate and resolve this matter promptly to prevent any other patient from enduring a similar disheartening experience in the future. My daughter started dialysis at the age of 18 on the 7th of July 2016 at SKMC. The team was incredibly supportive, informative, and professional all the way from hemodialysis to shifting to peritoneal dialysis. Thank you so much to each and every doctor and nurse, mentioning some:Dr. Emad, Dr. Abdullah, Dr. Asef, nurses: Mini the most kind-hearted nurse who made the pain tolerable, Sally, Mark, and Balqees. My daughter managed to finish her university degree, got herself a job, drove her own car, and went through all life’s setbacks that we faced during her illness that affected the whole family . She was on the list to receive a kindney from a diseased donor..We lived with anticipation during a harsh period of our lives praying to Allah for her to have a chance of getting a transplant .My 18 years old rosebud bloomed into a stunning rose but with faded petals .After long 7 years of waiting on the list that seemed endless Allah blessed her with nobel people who signed the consent of approval to donate their loved one's organs to save the lives of other 5 people .My daughter had the kidney transplant on the 7th of July 2023, a life-changing turn of events, an end of the dark tunnel that we’ve waited to seen the end of for 7 years! a new life was given to a young, ambitious, sweet, cheerful girl. We take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to the family of the diseased donor who was couragous and thoughtful enough to give a chance for her to have a new life.May Allah grant the soul of the champion donor in peace we,'ll keep him/her always in our prayers . Glory to Allah and big thanks to the Transplant Unit, Dr. Mohammad Al Siari, Dr.Niaz Ahmad, Dr. Mohamad Zaman, and Dr. Rasheed who were the heroes of her transplant surgery. Nothing compares to the sparkle of euphoria I’ve seen in the eyes of Dr. Niaz when he went out of the OR to inform me about the success of the 4 hours operation! From the bottom of our heart, we would like to thank sincerely the SKMC management, doctors, nurses and staffs for the wonderful care of our baby from Emergency, to Ward, to PICU and to her open heart surgery last September 1. Our baby has recovered well and has been discharged last September 14. Our experience in SKMC will always be cherished in our family’s heart.

Zero sense of urgency, none of the staff I crossed by have any level of human awareness understanding they are working in an emergency.
