service is slow. even with appointment we still waited for long time just to get my son’s vaccination. we came at 7am so that we can finish fast and go for work. very unprofessional.

I have never been to SEHA before but just to get a Vaccine exemption i scheduled an appointment at this SEHA clinic and the experience was worst which i never expected in such a Good country. Even after getting an appointment i waited there almost 2 hrs and finally got to see a doctor those who were roaming here and there and looking for patience of their own choice it seems. Pathetic experience and will pray that never shall i get a chance to visit SEHA again.

Every time I bring my son to the vaccination I have to spend over than 1:30h waiting before even seeing the doctor which is sooo long, boring and exhausting for kids and mothers as well! I suggest either to raise the number of workers or decrease the appointments referring to their abilities !

The center provides consultations and vaccinations for children in all specialities . Also, vaccinations and family drs consultations for adults are available like seasonal influenza and others. Waiting te is reasonable and staff are cooperative. I'm taking my daughter usually to al Mushrif for her drs visits and vaccination and I'm so glad with the services provided

I got the best vaccination service here, Nurse Ibtisam was very kind and helpful. They really take children's health seriously.

I took a morning appointment for the free flu vaccine on 80050 and was able to get it for two days later (evening appointments have very long waiting, sometimes weeks). Arriving at 7.00 am, I received Token 1 and the vaccine was administered in minutes. I was the first and only patient at this time. The Indian nurse was very courteous and very good at the job... I hardly noticed the syringe going in, or any pain later. Good Caribou Coffee in the reception as well. Clean, efficient clinic and helpful staff at the reception too.

Worst experience and very unprofessional. We had an appointment at 11:15 am. we reached before the time. once we entered, the customer service person told us that only once person can go inside and other person has to wait outside. Outside means outside in the sun at 40 degree temp. this is crazy. Secondly, my wife and baby has to wait more than 1.5 hours. the person sitting at the counter was not following any token number queue, he seems to be calling people as per his preference. My wife has to followed up 3 times then only they allowed her. SEHA, Please take care of this facility. In this country, Customer happiness is the utmost priority and it is followed every where, but unfortunately, same is not followed in this facility. Thanks

February 5th 2023 - It’s 8:50 on a Sunday, take a token number and wait (no queue nothing one person was waiting and two ladies at counter) it’s 9:12 I got to register and my Appoitment is 9:00 but yes we have to wait for registration. A Sunday a Sunday a Sunday. Function please. Timings timings fix your timings.

Very clean place. Hygenity is 100% assured. Only kids and parents visit, hence not crowded at all. We went for our daughter's covid vaccination. Most of the nurses were very calm and cooperative. We had to wait a bit, but not very long. Felt relieved to take kids to this center since other vaccination centers are crowded most of the time.

Don’t come to this Clinic, management are in a deep sleep. Obvious lack of staff in the counters, take token number and go to finish your other stuff then come back, still your number won’t be gone don’t worry about that. Also, always, always, you will be informed by the nurse after checking the weight and temperature that 3 or 4 patients are ahead of you. This a normal pain killer injection to calm you down of what is going to happen ahead. From scale from 1 to 10 rating is absolute ZEROOOOOOOO
