Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche

The restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambiance was elegant, the staff attentive and friendly, and the food divine. I dined on a succulent steak cooked to perfection and paired it with a glass of their exquisite wine selection. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left me wanting more. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, showcasing the chef's artistic flair. The attention to detail extended beyond just the food; even the table settings were meticulously arranged. To top it off, the breathtaking view from the restaurant overlooking Abu Dhabi's Corniche added an extra touch of magic to my dining experience. As I enjoyed my meal, I watched as boats sailed by on crystal-clear waters under a golden sunset sky. Overall, this restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience that left me eager to return for another culinary adventure.

Well located and friendly staff. Carlos at front office was very helpful - very nice guy indeed. Downside if at all the room card was not working from time to time for the lift access. It was the case for other guests as well. Will come back In Sha Allah!

Superb hotel, beautifully kept with solid service and excellent house keeping. They have lovely restaurants, a very well designed outdoor pool area and top floor bar, with great views over the bay and bakery at the back. The location is quite far down the island.

We went for the F1. Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and great breakfast. Housekeeping was hit and miss but overall the room was clean. Room cards keep malfunctioning and we had to get them reset three or four times a day. Extremely frustrating when the lift doors close and you end up on the 36th floor only to have to come back down to reception for resetting the card. Spa was fantastic with excellent staff. Swimming pool area is very cold due to tall towers and shade. There is a smaller pool around the back but the staff choose who they want to get towels for. I got told no towels but another person asked and they got towels. Had a great sea view room but access to corniche seems difficult. We didn't even try.

I was visiting Abu Dhabi for business and had the opportunity to stay in Sofitel for one night. It was a nice experience, the hotel has a nice location, excellent food, rooms are great with reasonable size. Due to the large number of occupations you only need to stay an additional time waiting for your time when you need something from the front office mainly the reception. Other than that excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay here at Sofitel with my Family. I highly appreciate Mr. Bashar for accomodating us during our stay. He is so nice and diligent to his work. Thank you upgrading our room. It is highly recommended.

A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUCH A NIGHTMARE! I am making an update of how disappointing our stay was. 2 weeks prior to our stay, I have been communicating to the hotel that it will be our wedding day and I am looking forward for a magical time and stay. Decided to book 2 rooms for 2 days and 1 night. We received a small cake in the room with a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY which I mentioned it will be our WEDDING DAY. No attention to details. In addition to that I would like to point out the main reason why the visit was not very favourable and how unpleasant it was. On my wedding day, I asked the front office team if I can extend one more day since we are enjoying our time with friends and family, but unfortunately they told me that they are fully booked and they couldn’t give me the same rooms that we are into that moment. So I demanded for late check out which was I needed to call several times and spoke with 3 staffs (including 1 trainee) who are very unprofessional and trying to upsell rooms which is triple price of what we got. Poor communication between trainees and employees of the hotel. I wish I could express myself better if I spoke with someone who is really helpful and more knowledgeable about the situation. Just imagine how bad it was leaving our guests in our wedding reception just to do check out procedure in the hotel. It's a dreadful situation that a simple request is so impossible for them to grant. A very awkward moment for the newly wed. Nonetheless, we checked out and look for another hotel to spend our special day.

Beautiful hotel! Love the room with sea view, the amenities and toiletries provided. We arrived very early and received excellent service from Reshikesh. He was very patient, protective and took the initiative to bring us to the spa so we can freshen up... We did wish the hotel can be more flexible to provide early check in. The bed is soft and posh but slightly sunken on one side… we will certainly come back again the next visit.

Exceptional customer service by all staff. We had pleasant stay and all services were awesome and staff were absolutely loving to deal with. All polite and helpful all time. Good, spa and everything else was amazing. We will definitely will be back. Thank you
