Это место просто потрясающее. Обслуживание на высоте, персонал очень внимателен и дружелюбен. Атмосфера ресторана просто невероятная – уютная и стильная. Меню разнообразное, есть чем порадовать каждого гурмана. Блюда приготовлены с большой любовью и из свежих продуктов, всё вкусно до последней тарелки. Особую благодарность хочу выразить шеф-повару за его мастерство и оригинальный подход к каждому блюду. Рекомендую всем посетить этот замечательный ресторан!

We checked in on the 23rd of Dec at 9 pm, and a room was given on the 18th floor, there was an extremely noisy sound from the roof because of the AC we have asked them to change the room at 3 am ...the guy who is leading this shift is extremely rude and doesn't want to work or help...he said the house is full so I said refund the amount and I will leave ...he made couple of calls and and said there is another room but in the same floor and it have the same noise ! Never again

Well it was my 4th stay in this hotel as always very welcoming receptionist miss dichen with beautiful smile 😊 very professional and well trained good costumer service. clean room quick service had a great experience in this hotel highly recommend hotel to spend our private time with family its feels like a home once again thanks for miss dichen for your assistance and good service 😊

Absolutely the worst possible choice to go to Abu Dhabi. The most disorganized and completely unprofessional staff. They have no clue what’s happening. A reservation was made from our side on booking with the option to pay at the property, 3 hours later they already try to charge my card and get the money. Luckily we freeze our cards. We booked 32 days in advance and we requested a cot, they already say it’s under question if it’s possible, even tho we make the reservation with a huge gap to prepare. A NO GO.

So this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Well it wasn't so great hotel but it was kinda ok for a Budget traveler. But during my this stay they did really great disappointment which will prove that even Hotels with no ratings are better than them. My Girlfriend called reception to just extend half n hour extra from checkout timing as we always extended their more than for 2 hours now after denying the request what he said I'll frame exactly " You have to Checkout at 12:30 otherwise I'll come to your room" Dude are you seriously in Hospitality Industry?? What do you mean that you gonna come to room , what are you expressing to a girl. By the way do you think your Housekeeping team is well trained and knowledgeable?? I don't think so. Do you know the period stains are easily removable stain. And you guys charged 80 AED that the stain will not go. Are you kidding me. Ask any female, they don't n eed to be expert at Linen handling, they will tell you how easy to wash it. We were staying for one night only and when we find out that the room heater is not working, we tried to not make our n hotel life also complicated to call maintenance or shift room . We kept quiet. And your guys is knocking door at 10 AM to just check the fire alarm which was not even ringing. Was it routine check??? If it is then you couldn't wait for 2 hours for checkout or was it just a time pass visit by your team. You know a on job trainee will use more commonsense and situation handling technic better than your expert staff. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone if you want professional staff , decent service.

Very bad at the location, and the rooms. The room amenities are not exactly what they mentioned on the website. The balcony it's not a balcony it's just a cupboard with a door and window..very poor maintenance the kitchen ceiling leaked at the time of first entry to the room they hadn't checked that before providing it to the guest

It's a nice place to put up. It's simple and basic. The rooms are neat, and the staff communicates a very polite way. Points of improvement could be room service and hope they can provide the kitchen utensils and equipment a little more cleaner.

My second visit in 10 days. So much better than my first. The room was much nicer. Tip: Stay in the rooms below the 10th floor… they were less musty and damp. But the water pressure wasn’t the best but manageable… the women servers at the shisha place on the penthouse were definitely not friendly so I was in and out in 10mins after a quick coffee. Great location, great value for money.

No parking in this 18 floor hotel, they charge heavy for parking, reception don’t know how to handle guest , 2 bedroom has only one very small bathroom, kitchen stove is very poor condition. Better option available near buy, if you have vehicle I suggest stay away from this hotel as they do business for parking charges.

We were a little skeptical seeing some negative comments about cleanliness of the rooms, but the overall experience was great, The staff helped us get 2 suites on the same floor and helped us with almost everything we asked for, the cleanliness was upto the mark and so was the room service..
