Ветеринарная клиника была наместе, как только я пришел со своим питомцем. Врач провел все необходимые обследования и дал четкие рекомендации по лечению. Персонал очень вежливый и заботливый. Клиника хорошо оборудована и чистая. Результаты лечения моего питомца превзошли все ожидания - он быстро выздоровел благодаря качественной помощи от профессионалов. Я очень доволен услугами этой клиники и определенно буду рекомендовать ее другим владельцам питомцев!

I went for spaying my cat, ginger 8 months old. after the surgery was done, she had a really long wound, compared to other clinics, it was big. After that, I went for following up, the doctor told me your cat is fine and healthy. right after 12 hours, my cat wound opened, her intestine went outside her body, I immediately went to the clinic, unfortunately she couldn’t make it and passed.. I am really disappointed, as it is considered easy surgery, please be aware before submitting your pet to any clinic.

I lost my healthy and playful cat within 5 days after the Dr at pet Oasis performed the regular spaying surgery. They did not stitch the operated area properly, so the stitching opened up leading to cat’s stomach coming out and her demise in within few hours. If you really love your pet, please avoid this clinic and choose more reliable options in the city. All this clinic cares about is money and they are really not bothered about wellness of your pet.

Very bad. Unprofessional. honestly they care more about the money than being ethical with the treatment and services to ur pet. As well misdiagnosing my pet all for what ? Financial gain for them that’s all. I wonder how many pets and animals that have been in the same situation put down or went into a Critical health position because of their lack of morality and empathy. Overall there are more negative comments than good ones, This vet should be shut down definitely not a good image neither for the people that work there:/ where’s the morality ? Ethicality? How do u sleep at night knowing u do what u do. Voiceless animals behind closed door poor souls all for what ? Money ? Taking advantage of pet owners in vulnerable situations because u know they will pay no matter what for their furr pets. Shame on you.

8 months ago I took my cat lulu to get spayed (which should be a pretty simple and straightforward procedure). When I picked her up she seemed pretty exhausted which I thought was probably due to the fact that the anaesthetic didnt wear off completely. I noticed that she wasn't eating or drinking water and when she did (which was rarely) she would vomit. I took her back to the vet and they kept her there for 7 days because she got an infection which resulted in a high fever. 7 days later they told me she needed her stitches redone which was odd. I let them redo her stitches (keeping in mind she wasnt getting any better). They recommended keeping her there for longer but as soon as I realized that she was in fact getting worse and I was getting charged a lot for basically making her worse I insisted to take her (they were hesitant to give her back to me) and allow another vet to see her. This clinic is very unprofessional and if I could give them zero stars I would

They made a good job with the grooming of our fur babies. Staffs are nice, professional and accomodating.

Really loved it, I felt relaxed that my pet is safe, the Serbian doctor with his staff were very professional, looking forward for another visit soon 👍

Good prices, good service, i read some negative comments here and hesitated, but I went for something else, I've seen another lady with 2 cats and she told me she was happily dealing with them since 2 years and she her cats neutered in the same place, so I got my cat to them, neutered, vaccined, microchipped, nail clipped , and he was obedient with them, unlike the previous Vet which was very well known and my cat went crazy on them all . So yes , I recommend this place.

Nothing to even complain about...got my cat neutered week ago, it was fast, professional. My cat didn't have any issues whatsoever a the very same evening was playing with toys. I think most of the issues with the reviews here is, that the pet owners have no idea what to do, don't read how to treat the animal and maybe also have major language barrier with the vet....and that is not something to blame vet for :) Considering their prices in comparison to other clinics they are much cheaper than what they should ask for their work.
